For this reason, Nixon has partnered with Snocountry, one of the most reputed sources for weather and snow conditions. The Nixon Mission will, therefore, be equipped with information about when the user can go ahead in pursuit of his favourite snow-related activities upon being programmed specifically. In case the user is an avid surfer, the Nixon Mission also has tied up with Surfline to let them know when they can head on to the beach for the best weather and surfing conditions.
Under the hood, the smartwatch is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 2100 processor. There is a host of sensors onboard, including GPS, thermometer, altimeter, barometer, e-compass, accelerometer, and humidity. It will be backed by a 400 mAh battery, which will last one day without added charging.
