A couple of days back we reported female-focused Kate Spade‘s new line of trackers and smartwatches. Now news is that Kate Spade’s new collection of “connected wearables” is available for sale in the UK.
Kate Spades’ range includes three items of various style. The first one in the range is called the “scallop tracker”, and it’s now available online and in-store at a price of £119 ($154.41 approx). The rest of the wearables will be available from November onwards. The tracker is compatible with iPhone and Android. It’s available in solid, glitter, stripe, dot with cat-ear styles. The tracker can track sleeping patterns, make calls to your phone with a single tap to the display, countdown to the next celebration, music and camera.
There’s a bangle tracker that’ll come in yellow, white and rose gold versions. It’ll feature activities same as the scallop tracker. The metro grand hybrid smartwatch sports automatic timezone updates as well as the ability to have designated notifications from your cellphone.
The metro grand watch will be black and rose gold, grey and silver colours, and as a gift set the watch will be available with two tone bracelet and a black-quilted leather strap.
Fossil Group hasn’t really released the entire specs list of the wearable yet.
Kate Spade is part of the Fossil Group having signed a licensing agreement in 2015. It allows Fossil to design, develop and distribute its collections until 2025. So the three new wearables actually became a part of Fossil’s strategy of launching a hundred connected fashion accessories by the end of this year.
