The much-awaited moment has arrived. Today, April 10 is the day when Apple Watch is up for pre-orders on Apple website. You can pick the model you want to try by booking an appointment at Apple Store. The appointment can also be booked via concierge service. If you are an Apple loyalist and have zeroed in on the Apple Watch model you want to try, you can pre-order right away. The shipping starts from April 24. It is to be noted that Apple Watch will be offered only in select countries now and the high-end models of the wearable will be available in even fewer numbers.
As we write this, TechCrunch has reported that customers interested in buying Apple Watch will have to face delivery woes because the shipping date has been pushed to as far as July. For now, expect only cheaper sports edition and average-priced Apple watch to be shipped in 4-6 weeks’ time. The premium Apple Watch models in gold and stainless steel will take some time to ship due to supply shortage.
